Reveal!! My Mini Album, Webster's Pages meets {ippity}

I worked on this mini album on Saturday. It is probably the first project that had so much product, I did not use my Cricut and all measurements and cuts were just pulled from thin air.. LOL

Even with all of the flaws in my project I still love it! Call it a dry run/trial run whatever.. I will be, in the near future making more of them and being more proficient/precise in measurements and cuts etc..

I want to thank my Creative Team who with their Fabulous-ness have inspired me to branch out a bit. Thanks ladies you are all WONDERFUL!

Be warned, this is a  bit photo heavy..

All Papers & Embellishments are from Webster's Pages

I wrapped this Rose like a single stemmed rose, in plastic and tied this "notecard" that was folded in half and stamped with Smile..

Using your Scraps!

So today I decided to use up some of my many scraps in my scrap drawer.. I save the oddest shaped, or amount of left over paper/stamped images etc..

This long little card was all made with scraps. The Kraft Cardstock was left over from the Cuppy Cake Banner card I made earlier this week.

Would you believe that the flowers are actually stamped from the Flowers+Friends=Priceless stamp set?

What I did is stamp the Image in Black on Kraft Cardstock, and then on Patterned Paper
I then took my scissors and began cutting around on the lines of the stamps in a circular/spiral direction
I then rolled the now stamped and cut image back up into the flower shape it is and generously applied glossy accents to secure it to the card
I then stamped the Leaves on green Cardstock
Stamped the sentiment
to give the card a finished look I faux stitched the top with a white gel pen

I am thinking of using this as a Gift Tag, I just found out some ladies I know from Japan live 3 miles form my house.. WOW! small world!  So I will probably attach it to a gift bag for a housewarming gift for one of them.

Stamp Set Used: Flowers+Friends=Priceless $16.20

Wednesday Wowzers!

Happy Hump Day Everyone! My Daughter asked me why they call Wednesday hump day, and you know I had to look it up, how sad is that?

The middle of a work week (Wednesday); used in the context of climbing a proverbial hill to get through a tough week.

Or I like this Explanation (I did not use this one on my DD)

The absolute BEST day of the week, the day of maximum hope that maybe, you might make it out of this week alive. A particularly good hump day can last you the rest of the week, and by Doomday morning (Monday) you survive by anticipating hump day. Nothing goes wrong on hump day

Most other days can be defined by hump day. Tuesday is the day before hump day. Thursday is one day after hump day. Except Friday is WOOOH!!! FREEDOM!!! Day, Saturday is Mostly Hungover day, and Sunday is PreDoom day.

Alrighty, enough with that nonsense, right?  Let us see what these wonderful ladies have created to dazzle us with this week!

WOW! I love Clean and Simple (CAS) Cards that are so much more than just CAS and this one is just that!

Fantastic card!loving the Papers Candace used in this card and the bow on top of the bow on the button, great touch! Love this Stamp as I am a Book Lover!

Amy was super Creative with the NEW Loads of Love stamp set! Loving that she created a flower with the hearts! The color combo is gorgeous, love those papers!
(definitely a card I can re-create)

Mary created this fabulous card, again I am loving this paper! (I have a "thing" for paper)
I love that her card has a sentiment for the focal point..

Love this Colorful card that Jeannie made. How Creative to use the sentiments on the fruit and cut that portion only into a banner.. Wow!

Shellye used Flowers+Friends=Priceless $16.20
Candace used Books A Flutter $5.40
Amy used Loads of Love $5.40
Mary used Devoted $21.60

How You Doin' 10 Minute Card

This was such a quick and easy card to make.. The card shape was left over cuts I had from when I first used my Top Note Die. I took 2 black ones and adhered the top to make a card.. I then punched an oval out on the white one and glued it for the front of the card. I again used Webster's Pages Ladies & Gents Patterned Cardstock, CTMH White Daisy for the inside Sentiment
I used a Spica glitter Pen in black to make the + = signs on the card..
I think this card is super cute for taking all of maybe 10 minutes..

Thanks for stopping by today, be sure to check back tomorrow for the Wednseday Wowzers! with the Creative Team!

Monday Linky Party!

Happy Monday Everyone!

The kids will be off to school this morning, DH goes to work and I have the house to myself.. My plans...
**Craft
**Clean Craft Room when done
**Laundry
***Take one more day off from Job hunting
****Link my card up to the MONDAY Linky Party!!

I layered the Banners here.. If I could sew and or had a sewing machine I would have attempted to
sew straight down the sides of the banners.. I hate my faux stitching, in my opinion mine NEVER
looks like it is even close to be stitching.. sooo I just don't do it..

I wanted to add some dimension to the wrapper
so I used some glassy accents on it
also used stickles for the flower and hearts on the cupcake

I used a 1 1/4 oval punch to punch a spot for the sentiment to show through the card

Thanks for stopping by today! Remember to link up your {ippity} or Unity project today!
